Body Of Jumper Located Off Chesapeake Bay Bridge (Update)

The body of a person who apparently jumped off the Chesapeake Bay Bridge was recovered by crews on Tuesday, April 5, according to the Maryland Department of Natural Resources (DNR)

A DNR spokesperson told Daily Voice they assisted the Maryland Department of Transportation Authority (MDTA) with recovering the deceased individual.

A search was underway as of 11 a.m. Tuesday, but it was not clear exactly when the victim had been located. Daily Voice has reached out to MDTA for more information.
